Day of the viva

What a glorious day! I'm so loving these hot, sunny days and sitting in the conservatory eating my breakfast, looking out on the garden and reading my daily bible notes. I have got in such a routine which I will miss in Autumn. Anyway my bible notes are apt for me today:

Proverbs 15:31-32

31 He who listens to a life-giving rebuke
will be at home among the wise.

32 He who ignores discipline despises himself,
but whoever heeds correction gains understanding.

I must remember this later on today when my work is being criticised. Yesterday I read through what I had submitted, and found a paragraph which I hadn't checked properly! I must be more careful in future. I had cut and pasted so many sentences and clearly hadn't saved the correct words, so as well as a chunk of text missing it doesn't read at all. Graham tried to reassure me by saying that they might not notice- but I'm sure they will. I need to re- read everything this morning and make sure I understand what I have written. I am experiencing such a memory block at the moment that I'm not sure whether I can get through OK.

I should know by the end of the day if I go through to the second year and have passed my probation assessment.

Aw, I know you'll do fabulously. I enjoy reading Proverbs, it is so wise and helpful.. even to this day, the Lord truly knew just what we needed to hear!
