We have had a great relaxing week- end away in Lyme Regis. The weather wasn't brilliant but we did have a bit of sunshine and we were thankful we didn't have the rainstorms that Bedford did this week-end. We spent two days on the beach. The children went in the sea and played in the sand. We had fish and chips the first night and then ate out the second night.
The traffic was a nightmare though, taking over 5 hours to get there and over 4 to get home.
I'm now trying to get my head round the work I need to submit to complete my probation assessment. So looking forward to a mental break from it now. Two weeks to go before Faith Camp and the boys' trip to Newday in Norfolk.
